I was a Graphic Designer at The Real Deal, a real estate magazine, in 2019 and 2020, and I freelanced for them in 2021. My work included producing photo collages/illustrations to run along with articles online and/or in print. This involved conceptualizing visual solutions to articles, either individually or in collaboration with editors.
It also required researching and sourcing photo from wire sites, stock image sites, and the magazine’s archives; exploring techniques in Photoshop and Illustrator; staying on top of current trends in editorial design, and working efficiently under tight deadlines.
